First off, we're incredibly sorry and embarrassed that you received one of our products in that condition.
Please contact us via the Live Chat option or Submit Ticket and we'll get you all squared away.
Unfortunately for us, this is an all-too-common occurrence when dealing with Amazon returns. When a customer returns a product, Amazon relies on them to give an honest reason why and that doesn't always happen.
At the Amazon returns center, the employees have between 1 to 5 seconds to determine if the product is brand-new or used.
If they think it's brand-new, it goes back into our inventory with all the products that actually are brand-new. Very frustrating for us but actually gross for the customer.
We've brought this to Amazon's attention many times, but as of now, this is how they prefer doing it.
Again, my sincere apologies. But we'll get you taken care of as soon as you contact us via the Live Chat option or Submit Ticket.
