Something happened to my product; it doesn't work. What can I do?

Our products come with a 1-year labor / 2-year parts warranty. 

If it's within the return window 30 to 90 days depending on when you ordered it) we'll be happy to send you a replacement, no questions asked. 

If it's within a year, we may ask you to send it back to us so our technicians can have a look and either fix it or send you a replacement.
